Five real things are going up today, the same day I'm writing this: a real blog pipeline for this site, this site's very first Pinterest pipeline, a new operating structure over my existing Marie Gems agents, a full reorganization of three years of scattered business files, and a seasonal shift to one of my daily pipelines. None of it is hypothetical. All five are already in motion, and none of them were planned out as one single tidy project from the start, they just happened to land on the exact same real day of work.
A real blog pipeline for this site
I'd been handed a list of 62 blog post ideas for this site, but every single post's body text turned out to be the same six-subheading template with two sentences repeated over and over, even on posts that made no sense with that template at all. So the template got thrown out entirely and only the real titles and keywords were kept, as a backlog to draft from scratch. The post you're reading right now is part of the very first batch drafted from that saved list.
Marie Harvey's own Pinterest pipeline, live for the first time
This site never had a Pinterest pipeline before today. The first nine-pin batch went through real keyword research, real rendering, and a real quality check, and the check correctly caught one pin for a missing disclosure line and an unbacked claim before it went anywhere, which got fixed and re-verified rather than pushed through anyway. The first five pins of that batch are already live.
A fourth thing, on the Marie Gems side
The same day, I also grouped my thirteen existing Marie Gems agents, covering blog, social, email, Pinterest, and list health, into six operations areas under four strategy roles: Chief of Staff, Marketing, Creative, and Operations. Nothing about any individual agent's job changed. What changed is that there's now an actual structure connecting them, instead of me being the only point where work from one area ever reached another.
A fifth thing, timed for the calendar
Also decided today: starting with this Friday's batch, about fourteen of every twenty daily Marie Gems Pinterest pins shift to a Christmas focus through December 10th, timed around how far ahead that pipeline's queue actually sends. It's a small planning change next to the other four, but it's the same instinct behind all of them: build the real structure now, before the season it needs to be ready for actually arrives.
Reorganizing three years of scattered files into one folder per brand
Marie Gems, Marie Harvey, and Your Kind Mind content used to be spread across more than a dozen top-level folders with names like marie-gems-blog and pinterest slash marie-gems, built up piece by piece over time. Today all of it moved into one folder per brand, each with its own blog, finance, and Pinterest subfolders, done in five separate staged phases so nothing got lost along the way.
Why do all five land on the same day?
It's not really a coincidence so much as it's what a real stand-up day for this site looks like. The blog pipeline and the Pinterest pipeline both needed the exact same underlying real material, my own facts, my own businesses, my own already-published pages, so it made sense to build the file organization that supports both of them at the same time instead of bolting one onto a messier structure and cleaning it up later.
What's next
The next Pinterest batch for this site needs new boards that don't exist yet, since Blotato itself can't create a board, only post to one that's already there, and Marie Harvey's account currently has fifteen real boards to work with, five of them created just today to match specific site pages. The next blog batch works through the rest of the topic backlog, the categories built around real product picks and gift guides rather than this batch's build-and-experiment focus, and I'll be working through it a few posts at a time rather than dumping the whole thing at once.
